• Moving to a more advanced level of caregiver, such as from a home support worker or companion to a personal care worker.
• Becoming community nurse that specializes in a clinical discipline such as intravenous infusions, acquired brain injury or wound care.
• Shifting from a community nurse to a clinical management role, such as manager of clinical practice, director of clinical management or clinical practice leader.
• Moving from a community nurse or caregiver role to an administrative position at one of our branches or National Service Centre.
• Rising to a more senior management position, such as a branch area director, departmental manager or divisional director.
• Transferring across our four business divisions and National Service Centre, as well as different branch locations.
