Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, current nursing registration with a provincial governing body, strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, strong problem and decision-making skills, and a minimum of one-to-two years of acute nursing experience in an emergency room, intensive care, medical-surgical or pediatric care setting.
