The goal is to make the infusion process smooth and seamless:

1. A physician sends a service request via fax to our National Service Centre. 1-866-417-1945.
2. The patient is contacted and an infusion appointment is arranged.
3. We arrange for medication and supplies to be delivered to the clinic prior to the scheduled infusion time.
4. A certified infusion nurse administers the medication.
5. The patient is monitored throughout the infusion and follow up reports are
   provided to the referring physician.
