The privilege and responsibility of caregiving
Walking into a person’s home to care for them is both a privilege and a responsibility. Bayshore’s caregivers have proven time and again that they take this responsibility very seriously and are respectful of the client’s needs and home. Whether it is personal care, companionship, or meal preparation – all of our Bayshore caregivers provide superior one-on-one attention and care to ensure our clients’ needs are met in a respectful and thoughtful way.
Every October, Bayshore’s local offices celebrate their more than 6,000 personal support workers, health care aides, home support workers, companions and homemakers. It’s their passion and caring attitude that continues to set us apart from other home health care organizations. It is Bayshore’s privilege to provide such a compassionate and dedicated group of individuals to our clients.
