Canadian BayshoreHealthCare (“Bayshore HealthCare”) welcomes you to the Bayshore.ca website (the “Site”). Please read the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) carefully and in their entirety before you use the Site. Please be advised that your use of the Site signifies that you agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Bayshore HealthCare with respect to the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bayshore HealthCare with respect to the Site. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you contract for Products and services with Bayshore HealthCare.
