Whether it is a planned surgery or an unplanned surgery such as an orthopedic surgery due to a sudden fall – we have you covered!

How it works – Marie’s Example

Marie, who is 75 years old is admitted to the hospital for Delirium. After a few tests, they found she had a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and treated her in the hospital for 2 days. When Marie was discharged from the hospital, her family was very concerned about Marie’s recovery at home by herself. Her daughter worked a demanding full-time job and her son lived a few hours away. Her family realized that their mom needed additional help at home for a smooth and successful recovery. With Bayshore’s Enhanced Bundle services, Marie was visited by her assigned personalized caregivers routinely along with an in-home nurse visit mid-month. Through this care bundle, our compassionate team of caregivers helped Marie with preparing nutritious meals, made sure she was eating well and taking her medications, took her out for walks, and communicated regularly with her family on her progress. After a few weeks, Marie regained her strength and confidence and was able to take care of herself with some help from her family.

Essentials Bundle

$1,999/month

This package includes approximately 12 hours of personalized caregiver support per week.

Best suited for:

Clients who have a shorter in-patient stay in which recovery timeline is relatively short (up to 2-3 weeks) and there is some family support.

Common Scenarios:

Planned orthopaedic surgery (i.e. joint replacement, 3 weeks to 6 months recovery)
Planned hysterectomy (3-6 week recovery)

Enhanced Bundle

$2,999/month

This package includes approximately 18 hours of personalized caregiver support per week plus one FREE nursing visit.

Best suited for:

Clients with medium expected recovery wherein full recovery may take more than 3 weeks and the patient would benefit from an in-person nursing visit at home.

Common Scenarios:

Cataract Surgery (up to 8 weeks recovery time)
Coronary artery bypass surgery (up to 6 week recovery time)

Premium Bundle

$3,999/month

This package includes approximately 25 hours of personalized caregiver support per week with one FREE nursing visit and one-time transportation to and from an appointment with a caregiver.

Best suited for:

Clients who have a longer expected recovery time, with limited immediate family support and those looking for additional nursing check-up as well as escort visits to appointments including transportation.

Common Scenarios:

Hip replacement (4-6 weeks up to 3 months)
Knee replacement (4-6 weeks up to 3 months)
Fracture/Broken bone repair (6-8 weeks)
