Minimum of 3 hours per visit provided by caregivers. Gift cards are currently available for redemption in Ontario only. Home Care services booked using gift card can only be provided in Ontario for non-medical homecare services.

Gift cards are redeemable by the holder against the current cost of certain home care services offered by Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. dba Bayshore Home Health.  May be combined with other forms of payment.  Full value of gift card does not need to be redeemed at once.  Not exchangeable for cash and no value unless redeemed.  Gift card does not expire.  Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
