What Phones are supported?
In order for ONE Bayshore to function on a mobile device, some basic software requirements must be met.
In general, all phones made after 2015+ are supported.
- iPhones need iOS 13 which is supported back to iPhone 6s and iPhone SE onwards
- Androids need OS 7.1+
Is One Bayshore replacing anything?
No. You will still have access to MyBayshore and InfoBay
What is my Password?
Your ONE Bayshore password is the same as the one you use for MyBayshore
Password Recovery
To reset your password, please select the recovery option that is applicable to you:
EMAIL: If your password is set up to recover by email, click here
PHONE: If your password is set up to recover by text, click here
