Since his arrival as new Area Director, Eric Seguin has made a few changes in Quebec City. Firstly, Melanie Gagnon who was administrative assistant was promoted to Customer Service Coordinator. Driven by customer service and coordination between client and employee, Melanie brings kindness, professionalism, and determination to finding solutions to the team.
Secondly, Lyne Raymond was hired as the new Manager of Clinical Practice. With a strong background in the public healthcare system, Lyne also has experience working with a pharmaceutical company. Responsible for quality assurance, Lyne’s priority lies in assuring best practices while identifying the customer’s needs.
