Bayshore HealthCare welcomed international Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) delegates from China and Chile, along with a representative from the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO), to its National Service Centre today for a learning exchange focused on using evidence-based practice to strengthen home and community care and improve patient outcomes.

The exchange showcased Bayshore’s home and community care delivery, quality, safety and innovation work, alongside its BPSO journey and firsthand insights from Best Practice Champions. Delegates also toured the National Service Centre and joined working discussions on what it takes to put best practice guidelines into action across different care settings.

“This learning exchange was a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, learn different approaches to care and strengthen our commitment to evidence-based practice,” said Maureen Charlebois, Chief Nursing & Clinical Officer at Bayshore HealthCare. “We’re pleased to welcome our international colleagues and exchange insights on how we can continue advancing clinical excellence and quality care.”
