"Girls Just Want to Have Fun" Hospice Palliative Care Fundraising Event
In support of our local Hospice Palliative Care, Bayshore is organizing a fundraising event and we are excited to invite you to our "Girls Just want to Have Fun" night!
Are you ready for a "Girls Night Out?" Get your girlfriends together.....it's time to pamper yourself.
Fun activities include; Purse Sale, Stella & Dot, Pampered Chef, "Mini" Manicures and Pedicures, Silent Auction and much more!

Location: CJ's Dining Lounge, Brockville, ON.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for $10.00 or $12.00 at the door.

60+ and going strong: Wellness 101 Free certificate course Spring 2011
This FREE, 8-week certificate course is designed to promote long term health, wellness, and fall prevention in your home. Each week you'll learn from a health care expert about a different aspect of healthy againg in a relaxed, social setting. You'll gain valuable information on the importance of each area of health, as well strategies to best promote and manage your health. There are two sessions to choose from. So bring a friend and get ready to make one of the best investments you can – in yourself!
