Bayshore’s Chief Nursing & Clinical Officer Appointed to CHC Board of Directors

Bayshore HealthCare is pleased to announce that Maureen Charlebois, Chief Nursing & Clinical Officer, has been selected to join the Board of Directors of Children’s Healthcare Canada.

Maureen has been serving as Bayshore’s Chief Nursing & Clinical Officer since 2020, bringing with her 34 years of nursing leadership experience at various levels. She is renowned for developing high-performing integrated teams, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading large-scale transformations. Additionally, Maureen has extensive experience in implementing global best practices for the adoption of digital technologies in clinical environments nationwide.

Children’s Healthcare Canada brings together leaders in child health to drive system-wide change and provides health services to millions of children and youth throughout Canada. The organization is governed by a diverse board comprising leaders from the children’s health and healthcare community nationwide.

Maureen has completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program (AHLP) at Rotman School of Management and holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Ryerson University. Maureen was also honoured with the RNAO Nursing Leadership in Administration Award in June 2023.
