About Bayshore HealthCare
Bayshore HealthCare is one of Canada’s largest national providers of community health care services. Its four divisions, Bayshore Home Health, Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Bayshore Specialty Rx and CAREpath have the capacity to consistently deliver a wide range of offerings to our customers from coast to coast. The goal for all business lines is to be the trusted brand and advisor in healthcare for families and payers seeking health services outside the hospital.
Our network has expanded across Canada to include over 13,500 employees, 100 locations across the country, including 65 home care offices, 13 pharmacies and 81 community care clinics – all delivering services in local communities.
Bayshore’s enterprise-wide initiatives to add capability include improvements in the areas of digital health and data and innovation in service design. Improvements in digital health include the exploration of technology tools to improve the client and employee experience and add new value for government funders.
The Bayshore Foundation
Also in 2017, the Bayshore Foundation for Empowered Living was created. As a registered national charity, the Foundation fundraises for local registered charities that provide the tools, programs and services needed to empower Canadians living with illness, injury or are aging. The Foundation was created to extend Bayshore’s impact in its local communities, while allowing employees to make a difference in their community, beyond their work.
